The Court will make a good faith effort to retrieve the documents requested to the best of our ability. Nevertheless, documents may exist of which we are unaware. Additionally, pursuant to the Records Retention and Disposition schedule for use by Limited Jurisdiction Courts, some records may not be available due to destruction.

Requests for paper copies of records have a minimum charge of 50 cents per page, and other fees may be assessed pursuant to Arizona Supreme Court Rule 123.
