Town of Marana - High Efficiency Toilet Rebate Application

Instructions

  • Attach all required documents.
  • Complete and submit the form online.
  • Upon approval, the applicant will be notified via email.

  • ARS 9-495, ARS 9-834, and the Town of Marana’s licensing timeframes are located at maranaaz.gov/arsnotice. By submission of this form, I certify that I have read and understand ARS 9-495 & 9-834.

Purpose                             

This rebate is intended for residential toilets that will reduce indoor household water use. Rebates will be made to qualifying applicants on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability of funds. Rebate amount is up to $150 per toilet with a maximum of two toilets per household. Rebates will be provided in the form of a credit only, on your water utility account.

Rebate Requirements

To qualify:

  • Applicant must be a single-family residential Marana Water customer with an account in their name at the service address where the water fixture is installed.
  • Rebate application must be submitted no later than 1 year after the purchase of the product.
  • Home construction date must be prior to 2011.
  • Only MaP rated premium high-efficiency toilets with a flush of 1.1 gallons-per-flush or less will be eligible for a rebate:

  • Purchased products should not be below rebate amount.
  • Old toilets must not be used again and must be properly disposed of or rendered inoperable.
  • Participants must be willing to consent to an inspection of the property to verify purchase and installation of qualifying fixture(s).
  • Limit 2 toilets per household.
  • Properties that have already received a toilet rebate are not eligible.
  • Participants must provide a copy of the receipt(s)

  • Marana reserves the right to verify and inspect rebated devices.
  • Marana Water does not warrant, endorse, or assume liability for the quality or performance of the installed equipment purchased under this program.
  • Marana Water reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time, to change any or all the Rebate Program Policies or to cancel the rebate program without prior notice.

Rebate Issuance

  • Rebate amount is up to $150 per toilet with a maximum of two toilets per household. Rebates will be provided in the form of a credit only, on your water utility account.
  • Allow six to eight weeks for your completed application to be processed and rebate issued.
