PROCESSING TIME AND NOTIFICATIONS

  • While the Town of Marana makes every effort to respond to requests promptly and without delay, we cannot guarantee a specific completion time, as response times may vary depending on the nature and volume of the request.
  • Requests will begin processing within two business days of receipt.
  • A good faith effort will be made to locate requested records; however, some records may be unavailable or unknown to the Town.

The Town requires the permission of the copyright owner or property owner to obtain copies of the building plans. If your request is for plans, you will be contacted by the Town Clerk's Office with the release form that will need to be signed by the copyright owner of the plans or the owner of the property.
