• This application is for terminating existing Marana Water service accounts. Your account number will be required and can be found on your monthly statement.
• We require 24 hours notice to process terminiation requests - excluding holidays and weekends. For same-day terminiation, please contact Marana Water at (520) 382-2570.
• You will receive a final bill or potential deposit refund to your forwarding address. The bill will be based on the meter reading from the terminiation request date.
• Any outstanding balances that go unpaid after 90 days will begin the collections process.

Instructions

• Complete all response fields in the application.
• Attach all required documents.
• Submit payment for required fees or remaining balances via
  1. Phone with a debit/credit card by calling (520) 382-1999
  2. Mailing in a check or money order to 11555 W. Civic Center Dr., Marana, AZ 85653
  3. Dropping off a payment to our payment center location: 11555 W. Civic Center Dr. (Barnett Rd and Civic Center Dr.).

• Upon approval, the applicant will be notified via email.
